At this rate, just nickname me “little miss promise and fail”
I swear, I’m more reliable in real life, ask Olive or Dami.
Scrolling through Instagram from 24th December last year and hearing the same song play over and over into the new year got me exhausted. This time it wasn’t “thank you for the happiest days of my life” we had better sounds.
I opened my phone to also make a collage of moments, I’m badass at reels editing by the way. Unfortunately for me, I had little or no moments to add. I was pained. How was I going to show off my reels editing skills?
Counting my losses and promising myself to do better this year, I decided to make something else with a different sound instead which led me to create a vision board for the year.
I’ve never been a huge fan of cutting out pictures to paste them on cardboards for inspiration. Instead, I designed a digital copy on Canva to use as my laptop wallpaper.

But this was not enough, I wanted to do something better for myself this year, I was tired of full sheets and no work, exhausted from lack of planning. I want to have lots of moments to look back to at the end of the year, I want to set structures in place to achieve all of this not just inspirational pictures and empty prayers. As God would have it, I stumbled on a post
that gave me a mind shift and clear direction.
These acts have changed my perspective on so many different things in life and I wanted to share them with you.
These might be things you already know but I hope they help you if you didn’t already.
Before I proceed take note of this template

Writing a blog post falls under the Important and Urgent box for me.
My reminder has been set to this effect. I know what awaits me if I don’t publish at least once a week.
Are you prepared to be sick of me?
