I\u2019ve tried to write a few times in the last month but it feels as if a brain dump with scattered ideas is all I get. I won\u2019t call them inspirations, I\u2019ll say it\u2019s evolution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The evolution made me transition from a full head of relaxed hair to natural hair to a colored bald head. If you didn\u2019t know, I chopped off three years head full of natural hair in March. I should make a post about this soon (tell me if you want to see pictures too).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

That evolution is fast catching up with me again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you guessed I\u2019ll be deleting my blog forever and never writing again, that will be the most incorrect guess you\u2019ll make this year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nothing as intense as that is happening.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This time, the growth is allowing me to make a few additions to my list of topics on the blog.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you\u2019re an avid reader of my blog post, then you know I recently bagged a BSc in psychology. (Maybe not so recently)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Is it weird that I secretly enjoy it when people still call me \u201cthe latest graduate\u201d even though I graduated in January? Anyway, Unilag hasn\u2019t produced fresh graduates yet so let\u2019s stick with recently.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I\u2019m excited to announce to you that asides from the usual beauty content you see, I\u2019ll be including mental health and personal development topics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Getting an MSc is in the works but before then, I\u2019ll love to make myself useful in the mental health space while I have the time and an arsenal of resources.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Writing beauty content comes easily. However, when I decided to switch my writing from beauty to mental health, I didn\u2019t know it was going to be thorns and thistles. This niche is what I classify as a serious topic, a little too serious for my pleasure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Doing my research on mental health blogs and seeing the industry jargon used, I decided I didn\u2019t want this to be just another mental health page or Wikipedia, google is enough for that.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I want to make my mental health content as relatable as humanly possible for you. Be prepared for lots of stories about my experiences in the field.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I started dropping a few mental health content on my Instagram page. If you\u2019re not following me yet, I drop all the fun stuff there. This will be for further gist, detailed case studies, and guides.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
